                                    This ranch is located approximately 3 miles east of the city limits of Wichita Falls and north of 287 in Clay County, Texas.  The property has significant frontage on Highway 287.  Both the Kickapoo Airport, with a 4450’ runway, and the Wichita Falls Municipal Airport which uses a 7000’ runway at Sheppard Airforce Base as its primary runway are approximately 10-15 minutes from the ranch. The ranch is approximately 120 miles from Fort Worth and 140 miles from Dallas.
